Learned State counsel submits that damages/compensation which was to be paid by respondent No.2, has been recovered. He has placed on record relevant copy of the bank statement. Same is taken on record.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 submits that he shall remit the amount to the State within 04 weeks today. In view of the undertaking furnished on behalf of respondent No.3, this court does not deem fit to pass any further orders. A report regarding deposit of amount shall be submitted by the State in the registry by July 14, 2017.
