**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging violation of order dated 06.05.2015 passed by the writ court whereby respondent-State was directed to release the dues of the petitioner within a period of three months.

Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to do the needful to purge the contempt within 02 months from today. In case, needful is not done, petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of this petition. In such eventuality, this court shall consider imposition of exemplary costs on such respondents who have failed to comply with the order. Needless to observe such costs would be deductible from the salary of the responsible officials.
