Learned counsel appearing for the respondent*university submits that the migration certificate shall be handed over to the petitioner within two days i.e. by 29.02.2020 subject to deposit of migration fee. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the respondent* university, nothing survives further in this petition which is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter regarding compensation before the competent authority.
