*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on the basis of reply submits that order passed by this Court on 07.10.2016 in Criminal Misc. No. M-36379 of 2016 has been complied with and the speaking order is annexed as Annexure R-1 with the reply whereas learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order has not been complied with as per averments made in the representation. Since only direction was there to decide the representation and the same has been decided, nothing remains in the present contempt petition.

Disposed of accordingly.
