Petitioner alleges violation of order dated December 11, 2015 passed by coordinate Bench (Fateh Deep Singh, J). Operative part thereof reads as under:- "The petition stands disposed off with direction to the official respondent no. 2 to expeditiously consider and decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P3) within the framework of law preferably within one month. " Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurpreet Singh, P.S. Kotkapura, who is present in court, submits that representation, Annexure P3 shall be looked into at the earliest in any case not later than two weeks.
In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is disposed of.
