(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 25 dated 17.01.2020 under Sections 323, 324, 506, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Division 8, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana. Learned State counsel on instructions submits that a cancellation report has been prepared and the likely to be filed shortly. Given above, once the State is preferring the cancellation report, as such, the present petition seeking quashing of FIR has rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of. State to file cancellation report on or before with 02 months from today. In case, the grievance of the petitioner still exists, he shall be at liberty to avail legal remedy in accordance with law including approaching this Court. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
