Learned counsel for the respondents states at the bar that the needful has been done by passing a speaking order as has been disclosed in the reply filed by the respondents and the amount due to the petitioner has been paid to him, rendering the instant petition infructuous, which is disposed of accordingly, leaving the petitioner to his remedies under the law in the event of his dissatisfaction against the order so passed.
