***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Reply by way of affidavit of Pradeep Agrawal, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana, has been filed in court today. Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that the payment has been sanctioned in terms of the order passed by the writ court. Matter is now pending with the Accountant General, Punjab. She further submits that the matter shall be pursued with the said authority and the efforts shall be made to get the payment released at the earliest, in any case, not later than two months.

In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Disposed of.
