Vide order dated 17.03.2015, the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, was directed to take appropriate steps, if required, for providing security to the petitioner whenever she has to appear in the trial Court for evidence.
This petition dated 08.04.2015 was filed on 09.04.2015 and re-filed on 20.04.2015, in which notice was issued on 22.04.2015. Reply is filed by respondent No.2 along with an order passed by respondent No.1 as per which ASI Gurwinder Singh No.1438/Ldh and Ct. Tejinder Singh No.3235/Ldh, posted at Police Station Jodhewal, Ludhiana, have been deputed to protect life and liberty of the petitioner as per scheduled date of hearing of the case FIR No.49 dated 18.03.2009,

In view of the aforesaid order dated 08.04.2015 passed by respondent No.1, the order passed by this Court on 17.03.2015 has been duly complied with, therefore, this petition is hereby disposed of as having become infructuous.
