Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (oral) The only order passed by this Court was to decide the legal notice of the petitioner by passing a speaking order, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of that order.

Learned counsel for the respondents No.3 & 4 has submitted that speaking order has been passed by the respondents on 11.02.2015. The petitioner is not satisfied with the said speaking order.

Be that as it may, the present petition has become infructuous. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may challenge the order dated 11.02.2015 passed by the respondents before the competent Court.
