On the asking of court, Mr. Rohit Arya, Asst. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 22.02.2017, operative part thereof reads as under:- "In the circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent No. 3-Superintendent of Police, State Vigilance Bureau Near Sukhpura Chowk, Rohtak is directed to decide the representation dated 17.10.2016 (Annexure P-5), by passing a speaking order within a period of three weeks from the receipt of certified copy of the order."
Learned State counsel submits that in case representation of the petitioner is still pending, same shall be decided at the earliest. In view of statement made by State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
