Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the contents of paper book, we find no infirmity in the impugned order passed by the Competent Authority having decided not to grant parole to the petitioner, who is undergoing life imprisonment in case FIR No.645 dated 24.08.2015 under Sections 364-A,328,420,468,471,473 IPC registered at P.S City Thanesar, Kurukshetra. Hence, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
