***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner alleges violation of order dated August 07, 2013 passed by the Division Bench of this court. According to him, encroachments have not been removed as directed by the court. Learned counsel appearing for Corporation submits that all remaining encroachments shall be removed at the earliest, in any case not later than three months. He further submits that if there is any encroachment in the passage, same shall be removed immediately. Status report filed by the Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon, dated 14.03.2017 shall also be taken into consideration.

In view of the above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of. Rule is discharged.
