Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 submits that the petitioner has sought for quashing of the FIR in question as also proceedings arising therefrom under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, 1973 without even seeking bail. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh, if the cause of action so ensues.

Permission is granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
