The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the impugned complaint dated 1865 dated 05.02.2019 registered under Section 138 of the NI Act read with Section 420 of IPC, at JMIC Ludhiana and subsequent proceedings including the summoning order dated 06.02.2019 (Annexure P-2) passed by JMIC, Ludhiana.

A perusal of the last two dates of hearing shows that no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Today also, the matter has been called twice. However, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the petitioner to file an application for revival thereof in case, any cause of action still subsists.
