(Oral) On 24.12.2014, the competent authority was directed to take a decision on the legal notice by passing a speaking order. Admittedly, a speaking order was passed by the Assistant Registrar Co-operative Society which further led to litigation between the parties.

In compliance of the order, the President, The Thatha Delel Singh Multipurpose Co-operative Agricultural Service Society Limited, Thatha Delel Singh, Tehsil Zira, District Ferozepur, is present in the Court and submits that the entire re-audit has already been done and the amount already stands credited.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law.
