On 18.12.2023 a statement was made by the learned counsel for the respondents that the tenant undertakes to vacate the demised premises by 22.12.2023.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that the tenant has since vacated the suit property and handed over vacant possession to the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he has no instructions. However, in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, the present revision petition may be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to revive the same in case anything survives.
