NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.70 dated 18.06.2019 under Sections 379-B, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Maqsudan, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies in accordance with law.
