ASHOK KUMAR VERMA, J. (ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the State on instructions submits that the trial is at the fag end as out of total 16 prosecution witnesses, 13 have already been examined by the trial Court. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition and prays that the trial Court may be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously, but preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order under intimation to this Court. Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the trial Court for strict compliance.
