***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that connected matter i.e. CWP No.28541 of 2017 titled as Sahil Bansal and others Vs. State of Punjab and another was disposed of vide order dated 15.12.2017 with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice and to take action in accordance with law as per order passed in CWP No.8884 of 2016. In the present case also, the petitioners have served legal notice dated 22.11.2018 (Annexure P-11) upon the respondents but no action has been taken so far.
Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case same directions are issued by this Court as have been issued in the aforesaid petition to the respondents. Notice of motion.
On asking of the Court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl.A.G., Punjab accepts on behalf of the respondents. Three copies of petition be supplied to learned State counsel during course of the day.

Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the legal notice dated 22.11.2018 (Annexure P-11) and take necessary action in accordance with law in view of order passed in CWP No.8884 of 2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
