***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that the order dated 24.01.2017 passed by the writ court has been complied with. Revised seniority list has been issued vide Endst. No.AYU-E5-Pb-17/6083-6157 dated 23.06.2017. He has referred to Annexure R-2/1T to the affidavit dated 22.02.2018. Admittedly, LPA has also been preferred by the private respondent against the order dated 24.01.2017.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh, in case, any cause of action subsists.
