(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.148 dated 08.11.2022 under Sections 323, 324, 452, 506, and 34 of IPC registered at Police Station, Koom Kalan, District Ludhiana. Learned State counsel on instructions from H.C. Ram Naresh submits that in compliance of order dated 27.03.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 27.03.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
