Present petition has been filed by the petitioners namely Vishal Sharma, aged about 30 years, and Meenakshi Thakur, aged 30 years, seeking direction to official respondents, to protect the life and personal liberty of them from respondent Nos.5 to 7. 2.

On the very outset, counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to avail alternative remedy, if available, under the law.

Taking into consideration the statement made by counsel for the petitioner, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as sought and recorded here above.
