Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of order passed by this Court on 15.02.2016 in CWP No.20914 of 2015, order regarding regularization of services of the petitioner has been passed on 22.03.2017 and the same is annexed with the additional affidavit as Annexure R-1. The petitioner has been held entitled for the relief from the date his juniors have been regularized.

Copy of the additional affidavit along with order dated 22.03.2017 has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.
