**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that the order passed by the writ court dated 09.04.2015 has been complied with. A decision has also been taken regarding payment of interest at the rate of 12% for the delay in releasing the pensionary benefits. He has placed on record sanction letter in this regard. According to him, needful shall be done expeditiously. In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby dismissed.
