(ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties very fairly submit that the case of the petitioner for the grant of benefit claimed is covered by the judgement (Annexure P-5) passed in CWP No.15282 of 2013, titled "Uma Rani Vs. State of Haryana and others", decided on 20.09.2016 and the present petition may kindly be disposed of in terms of the said judgment. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that though in the said petition, the interest has been given at the rate of 9%, the same may be modified to 6% which is the Bank rate as of now, which is not objected by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Ordered accordingly.
