NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Admittedly, the DPC has not been held till the last date of hearing. Today, learned counsel for the respondents states that a fresh DPC has been constituted in which cut off date was 14.12.2018 and many persons including the petitioner have applied in it. It is further stated that the needful shall be done shortly.
