The instant petition has been preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of complaint No.5034/2013 dated 25.05.2013 (Annexure P-1) under Section 138 of the Banking Public Financial Institution and Negotiable Instrument Laws (Amendment) Act, 1988. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of present petition, the complainant suffered a statement before the trial Court and has withdrawn the complaint. Resultantly, the petitioner has been acquitted in the said complaint and bail bonds and surety bond furnished by the accused (petitioner) were also discharged. 3.
