It is stated before the court that order passed by writ court has been complied with. Retiral dues alongwith interest has been paid to the petitioners.

Aforesaid contention is not controverted by counsel for the petitioners.

In view of above, this petition is rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such. Rule is discharged.
