**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 16.12.2021 passed by respondent No.2 only to the extent of allowing the adhoc body to continue to manage the day to day affairs of the Society and conduct the election within 03 months of the passing of the order.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on the one hand, the order dated 09.04.2021 passed by State Registrar has been set aside, but at the same time, same adhoc body has been allowed to continue.
Prayer is for modification of order and the same can only be done in terms of Section 79 of the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012. The incumbent is on election duty till 10.03.2022.

On the basis of advance notice, Mr. Vivek Chauhan, Addl. A.G., Haryana appears on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 and submits that the next higher authority in terms of Section 79 is Secretary of the Department and the petitioners may approach the said authority in compliance of Section 79 of the Act.
This writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the Secretary of Department of Interest and Commerce, Haryana. In the event of filing an application in the present context, the same shall be decided at the earliest, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
