*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that in pursuance of order passed by this Court on 23.11.2016 in CWP No.24275 of 2016, the claim of the petitioner as made out in the representation has been considered and the order has been annexed as Annexure R-1 with the reply. Since the compliance of the order has been made, nothing remains in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same as per remedy available under law.
