***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has filed a fresh affidavit of Sh. Rajiv Rattan, Director Secondary Education, Haryana, Panchkula. Same is taken on record. He referred to Para 6 thereof. Same reads as under:- "That thereafter all the concerned Drawing and Disbursing Officers/District Elementary Education Officers in the state were directed vide office letter dated 02.11.2016 (Annexure R-1) to clear all the dues of the petitioners as per the Hon'ble court order without delay. All District Elementary Education Officers informed that all dues has been released to the petitioners and nothing has been due."

In view of the above, order passed by the writ court has been complied with.

Learned State counsel further submits that if payment is due to any person, same shall be released forthwith in any case not later than 02 weeks.

Under the circumstances, Petition is disposed of. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival thereof in case any cause of action survives.
