Mr. Ashish Aggarwal, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Mrigank Sharma, Advocate for the respondent. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the respondent has filed the affidavit of the respondent to submit that the order passed by the Writ Court staying the termination of the petitioner is duly complied with and by issuing a letter dated 04.05.2023 (Annexure R-1), the petitioner has been again permitted to join back the duties and the petitioner, at present, is performing the duties at Amritsar on the same post. Counsel for the respondent further submits that even the admissible arrears of salary will be released to the petitioner, in due course and the needful will be done within a period of 02 months from today.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous, at this stage.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive this petition, if so advised.
