******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The petitioner filed this petition for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for executing the sale deed dated 24.04.2006 despite the fact that there was order dated 24.06.1988 passed in RSA No. 1458 of 1987 restraining the respondents from alienating the suit land.

Admittedly, the petitioner is not effected with the sale of the land vide this sale deed as the dispute pertains to the share of respondents and not of the suit property. Even after executing the sale deed dated 24.04.2006 pertaining 13 kanals 17 marlas of land, the share of petitioner in the suit land in no manner is effected. As such, no action is required to be taken on this petition and rule is discharged. ( SURINDER GUPTA ) November 27, 2018.
