NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 22.12.2016 vide which a direction was issued to decide the representation dated 06.12.2016 within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of the said order.

Reply has been filed. As per the said reply, the matter was enquired into through the Superintendent of Police, Investigation, Gurdaspur. The statement of the complainant and other employees was also recorded. After holding the said enquiry, speaking order dated 14.12.2017 was passed, which has been placed on record as Annexure R-1. In view of the same, the order dated 22.12.2016 stands complied with.
