(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.84 dated 18.12.2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 34 IPC at Police Station City Rawalpindi, District Kaputhala and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise (Annexure P-2) effected between the parties. On 16.01.2020, the following order was passed in this case:- "Notice of motion for 27.2.2020.
Mr. Navraj Singh, Advocate, appears on his own and has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.2 in Court today. The same is taken on record. Office to tag the same at the appropriate place.
Petitioners are directed to deposit `20,000/- as a precondition for recording the statements, out of which `10,000/- shall be deposited with the Poor Patients' Welfare Fund of the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh and `10,000/- with the Welfare Centre for Persons with Speech and Hearing Impairment, Chandan Nagar, Sector 15, Phase-2, Behind ITI, Gurugram, Bank Account No.000434003000357, the Gurgaon Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. or Bank, Account

No.1245010000518, United Bank of India. They can also opt to deposit the aforesaid amount of `10,000/- with the PGIMER online through its website "www.pgimer.edu.in". Thereafter, parties shall appear before the concerned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate after having the receipt of amount of `20,000/- as above, who shall record their statements and send a report to this Court as to whether the compromise is genuine, without any pressure or undue influence and also whether any accused was declared as proclaimed offender, till the next date of hearing.
Original receipts qua deposit of above costs be produced in this Court on the next date of hearing.

On 27.02.2020, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for more time to comply with the previous order dated 16.01.2020. No justification.
However, in the interest of justice last opportunity is granted to the petitioners to comply with the order dated 16.01.2020, subject to costs of Rs.10,000/- more, besides earlier costs of Rs.20,000/-, totaling Rs.30,000/-, out of which Rs.15,000/- is to be deposited with the Poor Patients' Welfare Fund of the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh and Rs.15,000/- with the Welfare Centre for Persons with Speech and Hearing Impairment, Chandan Nagar, Sector 15, Phase-2, Behind ITI, Gurugram, Bank Account No.000434003000357, the Gurgaon Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. or Bank, Account No.1245010000518, United Bank of India. He can also opt to deposit the aforesaid amount of Rs.15,000/- with the PGIMER online through its website "www.pgimer.edu.in".

In case of non-compliance of this order and previous order dated 16.01.2020, in their letter and spirit, this petition would entail dismissal for want of prosecution." Thereafter, on 13.07.2022, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners because of which the matter stood adjourned. Today once again, none appears on behalf of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the State submits that the order 16.01.2020 and 27.02.2020 passed by this Court have not been complied with.
