(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the DDR No.23 dated 19.12.2018 under Sections 323, 341, 34 IPC registered at Police Station City Rawalpindi, District Kapurthala (Annexure P-1) in FIR No.84 dated 18.12.2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 34 IPC at Police Station City Rawalpindi, District Kaputhala and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise dated 25.12.2019 (Annexure P-3) effected between the parties. On 27.02.2020, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for more time to comply with the previous order dated 14.01.2020. No justification.
However, in the interest of justice last opportunity is granted to the petitioner to comply with the order dated 14.01.2020, subject to costs of Rs.10,000/- more, besides earlier costs of Rs.20,000/-, totaling Rs.30,000/-, out of which Rs.15,000/- is to be deposited with the Poor Patients' Welfare Fund of the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh and Rs.15,000/- with the Welfare Centre for Persons with Speech and Hearing Impairment, Chandan Nagar, Sector 15, SUKHPREET KAUR 2022.09.23 15:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

The learned counsel for the State submits that the order 14.01.2020 and 27.02.2020 passed by this Court has not been complied with. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed.
