Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.216 dated 06.11.2019 under Sections 323, 34, 342, 376, 377 and 506 IPC and Section 3 of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities Act), registered at P.S. Women Police Station Ballabgarh, Faridabad.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case. It has been further submitted that the petitioner was not even named in the FIR and no recovery is to be effected from the petitioner. 3.
Learned State counsel, on the other hand submits that in the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. recorded before the learned Illaqa Magistrate, specific allegations have been levelled by the complainant against the petitioner for using casteist remarks. 5.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the paper book.

In view of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that no ground for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made out. 7.
Petition stands dismissed.
