NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) It is not disputed that the plot has been allotted to the petitioners. However, they are aggrieved with the fact that price charged is 11⁄2 times more than the reserved price.
However, the order having been complied with, no contempt is made out. The same is hereby dismissed.
Rule issued against the respondent stands discharged. However, in case the petitioners are still aggrieved with the price, so charged, they are at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
As the main case has since been dismissed, all the pending applications have become infructuous and the same are disposed of as such. April 29, 2019 ( NIRMALJIT KAUR ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
