The instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner - Gurinder Saini @ Gurinder Singh, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 109, 118(2), 118(1), 126(2), 115(2), 324(4), 191(3) and 190 of BNS, 2023, in FIR No. 159, dated 31.08.2024, registered at Police Station Sadar, District Hoshiapur.

Faced with the facts in the case that there is one victim injured, who was surrounded by more than five person along with weapons like 'sword' etc., counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of present petition at this stage.
