G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The present order shall dispose of two revision petitions i.e. C.R. Nos. 1978 and 1415 of 2008.

Counsel submits that both the revision petitions have been rendered infructuous since the petitioner has purchased the property in question. The necessary affidavit dated 25.05.2011 and attested on 24.12.2016 has been placed on record in both the cases. Keeping in view the above statement, the petitions are disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
