Kapil Dev ....Petitioner

Versus

Sunita .....Respondent

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA

Present:

Mr. M.S.Saini, Advocate for the petitioner.

Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Present petition has been filed alleging violation of the terms of agreement arrived at before Additional District Judge, Chandigarh. It is evident that decree was drawn up under Section 13 B of the Hindu Marriage Act subject to certain terms and conditions. Only grievance of the petitioner is that respondent is not adhering to the terms. I am of the considered view that petitioner cannot invoke jurisdiction of this court under the Contempt of Courts Act for enforcement of the terms and conditions of the decree. Petition is without any merit and is hereby dismissed.
