(ORAL) The contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 01.05.2017 vide which a direction was issued to the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Vocational Mistress (Garment Making) and also grant her seniority from the date when persons of her batch were appointed alongwith other notional benefits.
Learned State counsel has placed on record the order dated 13.03.2018 vide which the petitioner has been offered the appointment as a Vocational Mistress (Garment Making) subject to the outcome of LPA No.1834 of 2017 with all consequential benefits of continuity in service w.e.f. 23.11.2011.
In this view of the matter, the contempt petition has become MEENU 2018.12.19 11:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
