Main case.
It appears that petitioner had approached this Court by way of CWP 24611/2016 aggrieved against the inaction of the authorities concerned regarding evasion of market fee by certain persons including one Om Parkash Rana.
The said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 30.11.2016 directing the authorities concerned to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in his representation and decide the same by passing an appropriate order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Now alleging disobedience of said order dated 30.11.2016 Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2017.05.04 10:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In the reply, taken on record today, it is submitted that in compliance of the order dated 30.11.2016 a Flying Squad inspected the area of Market Committee, Adampur. Further Zonal Administrator,Hisar has sent a report dated 15.2.2017 which was examined and thereafter vide order dated 6.3.2017 the Zonal Administrator,HSAMB,Karnal has been directed to submit a report within two weeks positively by examining complaint of the petitioner as well as report of Flying Squad by giving an opportunity to the petitioner while inquiring the matter. A copy of the order dated 6.3.2017 has been Annexed as Annexure R-2/1. It is further submitted that respondent department has taken every step in compliance of the order dated 30.11.2016.
In view of the contents of the reply taken on record today, it is apparent that order dated 30.11.2016 has been complied with and no further action is warranted in the matter.
Dismissed as infructuous.
