(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.226 dated 04.11.2019 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Sector 36, Chandigarh (Annexure P-1) and the other proceedings arising out of the above-mentioned FIR, on the basis of compromise dated 17.12.2019 (Annexure P-2).

On 02.02.2023, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Today, again no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite being notified of the date fixed.

As per office report, counsel for the petitioner has been informed of the date fixed. It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
