**** AVNEESH JHINGAN, J (Oral):

The petitioner filed a writ petition claiming promotion as a semi-professional out of the Restorers working in the University. The writ petition was allowed on 03.03.2016. The respondent was directed to re-consider the case of the petitioner for promotion w.e.f. due date and give all consequential benefits therefrom. Learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that reasoned order with regard to due date from which the petitioner is entitled to promotion, will be passed within six weeks from today. In view of above, the contempt petition is disposed of. PANKAJ BAWEJA 2019.12.04 12:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Ciourt, Chandigarh
