case bearing No.42 of 2024 (Annexure P-3) was filed in January, 2024, before the learned Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Haryana; however till date, the case is at preliminary stage.

At this stage, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana appears on behalf of the respondent-State, in pursuance of the advance copy of paper book having already been supplied to her. She, on instructions from Mr. Vinod Kumar Kalsan, Reader to Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Haryana, submits that the aforesaid case bearing No.42 of 2024 (Annexure P-3) is now listed for hearing on 19.02.2025 before the learned Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Haryana; and in all probabilities, the said case would be taken up for hearing on the date fixed, i.e. 19.02.2025, and shall be decided within a period of ten months from the said date.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned State counsel, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition at this stage. 5.
