NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 13.10.2011 vide which a direction was issued only to decide the representation.

The representation has been decided since long and after various orders passed by this Court finally vide Annexure R-3, rectification has also been carried out in the name of the owner in the revenue records by entering the name of the petitioner in Column No.5 from the year 2012-13. In view of the same, the contempt petition is dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. However, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved that the entry is from the year 2012-13 and not from the year 2007, she is at liberty to avail the remedy as available to her under the law.
