Petitioner is a workman and has an award dated 16.1.2017 (P1) passed by Industrial Tribunal, Bathinda in his favour whereby he is entitled to a lump-sum compensation of Rs.1 lac or reinstatement without continuity of service.

At the time of hearing, realizing that the petitioner has appropriate remedy of executing the award, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition to enable his client to pursue his remedy in accordance with law.
