Pursuant to order dated December 19, 2017, affidavit of Charanjit Singh has been filed. Paras 2 & 3 thereof reads as under:- "2.

The possession of the demised premises has been handed over to the rightful owners i.e. petitioners herein (Vikram Dutt Rambani & ors). Even the demised premises is under the lock and key of Vikram Dutt Rambani and the same is in the possession of the petitioners.

That the deponent has highest regard to the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court and tenders unconditional apology from this Hon'ble Court."

Admittedly, possession has been handed-over to the rightful owners by Charanjit Singh. No cause of action, thus, survives in this petition. Petition is disposed of.
